URGENT AND IMPORTANT DEVELOPENT OF DROITWICH SPA CIVIC SOCIETY

Notice: Winding up the Droitwich Spa Civic Society

It is with regret that following the AGM on 20th February 2026, the committee has come to the conclusion that with there being no nominations to take on the officer roles, and no new committee members, there are insufficient people to continue to run the society, and so we will have to close it down.

The last two speaker talks will be held on Tuesday 17th March and April 21st April starting at 7.30pm in Room 4, Amphlett House, Worcester Road, Droitwich Spa WR9 8AN.

Wednesday 21st April - 7.30pm   IMPORTANT MEETING

Extraordinary General Meeting   will be held to vote on the resolution if there are insufficient nominations for officers and committee members to run the Society and take it forward.

A final request for volunteers to come forward to continue running the society is made.  Contact via contact us page
